Director & Diversity Strategist: Since 1999, Craig has been the Director and Diversity Strategist with the University of Houston's International Institute for Diversity & Cross Cultural Management; located in the C. T. Bauer College of Business.

Consulting: Founder & C.E.O. of The Spartacus Group: Craig has been an industry pioneer in the area of human capital metrics and analytics.  Through the Spartacus Group he has conducted executive sessions for many of the Fortune 500 companies.  

Currently: As a public speaker Craig is a much sought after public speaker - he currently speaks at company functions of all types ranging from professional development to conferences, board meetings and more.  He travels the world and has presented in over 20 countries including Brazil, Canada, China, The Philippines, Jamaica, Mexico, Singapore, Belgium and more.  He speaks at dozens of events annually with increasing numbers of requests each year.  He has been interviewed on radio and television including ABC, CBS, NBC and Fox Affiliates.
