Questions To Ask Your Legal Council and/or Executives 
  • Do we know about alleged bullying? 
  • If you don’t know about it, should you have known? 
  • Were you aware – or could you have foreseen – the harmful impact, or potential harmful impact, that bullying was likely to have?  
  • Did you take reasonable actions to prevent or minimize the likely harm and negative consequences?
